How long does it take to get an approval?We understand the importance of getting an answer back to the dealer quickly. Source One partners with many national and local financial resources for the benefit of our dealers. Although we pride ourselves on industry leading credit response times, our primary goal is to deliver a credit decision that is beneficial for both the dealer and the buyer.

Does Source One finance private party purchases?No, we work exclusively with our dealers in securing funding for their customers. If you are a customer looking for a dealership referral, we would be happy to put you in touch with one of our dealer partners.

Are there any fees associated with Source One's program?No, we offer all the services that other banks/brokers offer, but we do not charge any fees for the services we provide to you or your customers. The only exception to this would be the UCC-1 filing on non-titled collateral, which is typically a $20 fee for the filing.

What terms are available on loans?We currently offer terms up to 120 months for loans greater than $10,000, 144 months for loans greater than $15,000 and up to 180 months for loans greater than $20,000. The best part is, all of our loans are simple interest loans written at a fixed rate!

What needs to be submitted with the loan application?To expedite loan processing you should send in the credit application, a purchase agreement and an invoice. You can fax these documents to 1-800-464-3395 or submit your credit applications online via our online portal dealer login. For login credentials call 1-800-709-LOAN.

Does Source One contact dealer customers?No, not unless you need us to. We are here to support our dealerships in any way we can. We are here to provide as much or as little support as you need. We find most dealers prefer and are more comfortable controlling the sales and finance experience for their customers.
